What is LED?
Posting time:2009-07-09
LED (Light Emitting Diode), is a semiconductor solid state lightemitting device.
It takes advantage of solid semiconductor chip as a light-emitting material,
when both ends with the forward voltage.
The carrier in the semiconductor is caused by a composite of the photon emission and then light emits.
LED can emit red, yellow, blue, green, blue, green, orange, purple and white light.
